    Ich möchte beim laufen nicht ständig auf mein Handy starren. Daher ist eine Laufapp die mir keine Anweisung uber den Kopfhörer gibt nicht zu gebrauchen. Wenn ich den 3 und 2 (zB) Minutenwechsel selber im Blick behalten muss, kann ich mir auch woanders einen günstigeren Trainingsplan holen.

  4. Automatische Ansage

    Wenn man mit Kopfhörer unterwegs ist und Training wie angegeben startet, Sollte Trainingsplan ansagt werden, 5 min gehen 3 min laufen 2 min gehen,... So muss man nicht ständig aufs Handy schauen ob die Zeit abgelaufen ist und ob man los laufen soll,.......

  5. Automatische Ansage

    Timer installieren, der Wechsel anzeigt vom Gehen zum Laufen, wie lange noch was zu tun ist. Sonst muss das Handy immer in der Hand gehalten werden. Automatische Ansage während des Trainings.
